GEA Grasso (Philippines) Inc.
The Securities and Exchange Commission has amended the Change of Company name from Grasso Philippines Inc. to GEA Grasso (Philippines) Inc. The major change is the integration of “GEA” in the company name which underlines the fact that we are part of the strong multinational German conglomerate called GEA Group. With this change, the management is even more committed to improve its services, and to provide the same quality of products on which the company has built its reputation in the industry.
