GEA Refrigeration has been designing, building, and installing air-conditioning water chiller units and provisions refrigeration systems for cruise ships. The current generation of cruise ships has long passed the 100,000 GRT barrier. This places especially high demands on the capacity of our systems.

GEA Refrigeration has participated in these developments, and is capable of providing the technology for water chillers to cope with capacities in excess of 6000 kW. GEA Refrigeration has installed provisions refrigeration systems and water chiller units for such companies as Princess Cruises, P&O Cruises and Carnival Cruise Lines.GEA Refrigeration supplies different equipment for the cruise industry, such as:
