• 1995, became a regional office of Grasso International, introduce the Grasso 12E Reciprocating Compressor Series, The Revolution
• 1997, change company name from Grasso KAB Philippines, Inc.  to Grasso Philippines, Inc.
• 2000, introduction of Grasso 10 to the Philippines Market
• 2001, regarded as the only Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) Multinational Company operating a contracting business in the Philippines
• 2003, acquired one of the biggest projects: Jollibee Foods Commissary 3 which consists of nine (9) large screw compressors running
• 2008, change company name from Grasso Philippines, Inc.  to GEA Grasso (Philippines) Inc. to conform with the parent practice
